Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Anonyform. By accessing a workspace or using the service, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary and is not legal advice.

Accounts

Anonyform is invite-only. Accounts are created through an invitation, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity in workspaces you administer. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your content

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. You are responsible for the content of your forms, for how you collect and use responses, and for having a lawful basis to collect the information you request from respondents.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Anonyform to break the law, to harm others, or to abuse the service. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Collect payment card numbers, security codes, passwords, or similar secrets as form responses.
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages or attempt to phish or deceive respondents.
  • Upload malware, or probe, overload, or disrupt the service or its tenant isolation.
  • Attempt to access another workspace data or bypass access controls.

Respondent data

Responses collected through a workspace are controlled by that workspace. Anonyform processes them on the workspace behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it running and secure, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access that violates these terms or that puts the service, its data, or its users at risk. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of data you own.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
